At Electric Golf Push Carts, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your new cart doesn't meet your expectations on the fairway, you can return it within 30 days of delivery in its original, unused condition.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Cart
Securely place the electric cart and all included accessories, batteries, and manuals back into the original factory packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the cart's condition and electronic components, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
